Kitchen and bathroom faucets
Swap an old fixture, upgrade to a pull-down, or replace a failing cartridge — including supply lines and shut-off valves.
Replacing a faucet, swapping out a toilet, or updating a sink? We handle removal and installation cleanly — including the small stuff that causes leaks.
Residential and commercial fixtures, big and small. If it connects to the water or drain, we can install it.

Full removal and installation — new wax ring, new bolts, new supply line. We'll take the old one away if you want.
Kitchen, bathroom, utility, and pedestal sinks. We fit the drain, the trap, and the supply lines.
Replace a worn mixer, upgrade to a pressure-balance or thermostatic valve, or install a hand-shower.
New install or replacement — mount, drain connection, and dishwasher hookup if applicable.
Install or replace freeze-resistant hose bibs and route ice maker supply lines cleanly.
Two things matter: a clean installation, and no leaks afterward.
We remove the old fixture, prep the surface or opening, and install the new one with fresh supply lines, shut-off valves, and seals. If the wall or cabinet needs a small adjustment to fit the new fixture, we tell you before we start.
Get an estimateBefore we call the job done, we check for leaks at every connection, verify the fixture works the way it should, and make sure nothing drips or weeps overnight. If a shut-off valve is seized or the drain is corroded, we flag it and quote the fix — you decide whether to do it now or later.
Get an estimateFixture installation is priced by the fixture and how much of the surrounding plumbing needs updating. A like-for-like faucet swap is a quick job. A full toilet replacement with new supply and shut-off is a bit more.
Estimates are free. If we find something unexpected — a seized valve, a cracked flange, a drain that won't come loose — we'll quote it before we touch it. No surprise charges after the fact.
Most fixture installations run $150–$500 depending on the fixture and complexity. Full shower valve replacements and multi-fixture jobs run more — we'll quote before we start.
Straight answers to what people ask before booking an install.
Either works. Most customers buy the fixture they want and have it ready. If you'd rather we supply it, we can source common models and add the cost to the quote. Just tell us which way you want to go.
Yes. We install fixtures from all the major brands — Moen, Delta, Kohler, American Standard, and store brands. If the fixture comes with defective parts out of the box, we'll tell you so you can exchange it before we start.
Yes, on request. There's a small disposal fee for larger items like toilets and tubs. Small items like faucets and cartridges go in the trash at no extra charge.
That happens a lot on older homes, especially with gate valves. If the valve won't close, we can't safely remove the fixture without shutting off the main. We'll quote a valve replacement at the same visit — usually it's a quick add.
A faucet swap is usually 30–60 minutes. A toilet replacement is about an hour. A shower valve replacement takes longer — often three to four hours if we're cutting into the wall behind the valve.
