Burst pipe or active leak
Water coming through a wall, ceiling, or floor — shut off the main and call.
Burst pipe, no water, or water where it shouldn't be? We handle urgent plumbing problems across Corpus Christi and the Coastal Bend. Call for the fastest response.
If it involves water or sewage where it shouldn't be, it's worth a call. Here's what we treat as urgent.
Water coming through a wall, ceiling, or floor — shut off the main and call.
Every tap is dry — often a main line issue, pressure problem, or frozen section.
Waste water rising in a tub, shower, or floor drain — a blocked main line, not a sink clog.
Any pooling around the base of the tank — the sooner it's looked at, the less damage.
The flapper or fill valve has failed. Shut off the supply valve behind the toilet and call.
Leave the area, don't flip switches, and call your gas utility first — then call us.
Two priorities: stop the damage, then fix the cause. In that order.
The first priority is stopping water or sewage from causing more damage. We'll walk you through shutting off the right valve if you haven't already, then get someone heading your way. For active leaks and backups, we bring the tools to isolate the problem on the first visit.
Call nowOnce the immediate issue is under control, we diagnose and repair the cause — the failed pipe, the blocked main, the leaking tank, the broken valve. You'll get a straight explanation of what failed, what it takes to fix it, and what it costs before we start.
Get an estimateEmergency work is priced the same way as any other job: by the problem, not by the hour. We'll tell you what we can before we arrive, and confirm once we've seen it.
Estimates are free. If it's a repair we can do on the spot, we'll quote it before we start. If it's something bigger — a main line, a repipe, a full replacement — we'll give you the number and the next step.
Most emergency repairs run $150–$500. Main line and sewer emergencies vary more — we'll quote before we start.
Straight answers for when you're deciding whether to call.
Yes. The number rings through to a person, not a voicemail. If we can't get to you the same day, we'll tell you honestly and help you decide whether to wait or call someone else.
Shut off the water at the main if you can find it. For a water heater, turn off the gas or the breaker. For a sewage backup, stop using water in the house. We'll walk you through anything else over the phone.
For most of Corpus Christi and the surrounding communities, we can usually have someone on the way within a couple of hours during normal hours. Response times vary after hours and on weekends — we'll give you a realistic window when you call.
Emergency calls outside normal business hours may carry a higher rate, which we'll tell you before we come out. You'll never get a surprise number after the fact.
Call anyway. Plenty of "emergencies" turn out to be a broken flapper or a clogged trap, and we'd rather tell you that over the phone than have you pay a call-out fee to find out. If it can wait, we'll say so.

If it's urgent, call. If you'd rather request service in writing, fill out the form and we'll follow up.
This is a demonstration form. In a live site, a team member would follow up using the contact information you provided.
